Many employees beat the "Monday blues" by going online to book their next break during their lunch hour, a new poll has revealed.
A spokesman for holidaylettings.co.uk, which conducted the survey, told the publication that if you are having a bad day, getting your next holiday lined up can really help to make you feel better, the Daily Express reported.
Researchers polled 2,000 people and found that three in 10 Britons have booked a holiday during a lunch hour.
