Nigella Lawson says split with hubby made her feel like she 'lost a layer of skin'

Nigella Lawson has admitted that that her marriage split with husband Charles Saatchi felt like she had "lost a layer of skin".

In an emotional appearance on Michael Mcintyre's new chat show, the celebrity chef was asked by the comic about her marriage split from Saatchi and losing a court case against her former staff, the Mirror reported.

Lawson, who was dressed in a tight-fitting, black-and-red checked dress, wiped tears from her eyes as she was asked about the media scrutiny she faced during the troubled times, saying that she feel having had a layer of skin removed, adding that she was more sensitive to other people's fortunes.
