The Nitish Kumar-led government will seek a trust vote in the Bihar Assembly on Wednesday.

Bihar Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi had asked Nitish Kumar to prove majority on the floor of the House after he took over as the Chief Minister following Jitan Ram Manjhi's resignation.

The Janata Dal (United) has issued whip to its MLAs to vote in favour of confidence vote presented by the government.

Meanwhile, the Budget Session of Bihar Assembly will begin today with the Governor's address.
