Carl Pistorius, the brother of disgraced Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, has been badly hurt in a car crash in South Africa.
According to News.com.au, the crash occurred after another car swerved in front of Carl Pistorius, and collided with his vehicle.
Carl was taken to hospital soon after the crash and put in the intensive care unit for further medical treatment.
His uncle Arnold Pistorius said in a statement that Carl's vehicle was hit head-on by another car that had swerved from the opposite side of the [N1] highway into oncoming traffic.
He assured that Carl was out of danger and had been transferred to a hospital in Pretoria.
