President Mukherjee to attend convocation of Swami Rama Himalayan University tomorrow
President Pranab Mukherjee will visit Uttarakhand tomorrow where he will attend the first convocation of Swami Rama Himalayan University at Dehradun.
The Swami Rama Himalayan University has been promoted by Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust founded by spiritual guru Dr. Swami Rama.
