SC dismisses plea against ban on old vehicles

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a plea against National Green Tribunal's (NGT) order banning old vehicles from plying in the national capital.

The apex court reportedly observed that the tribunal should be assisted and not discouraged on the matter.

The NGT had last year banned diesel vehicles more than 10-year-old and petrol vehicles older than 15 years from plying in Delhi.
