Sheila Dikshit given farewell as outgoing Kerala Governor

The outgoing Governor of Kerala, Sheila Dikshit, was given a farewell here on Thursday.

Diskhit, who was appointed the Governor of Kerala by the former UPA regime, was given a guard of honour prior to her departure.

Former Chief Justice of India (CJI) Palaniswamy Sathasivam, who has been appointed as the new Governor of Kerala, is expected to be sworn-in on Friday.
