Six suspects detained in Vadodara

The Vadodara Police on Sunday detained at least six suspects after they were seen roaming around a Dargah.

"Six people were brought to the police station after we received information on suspicious people seen near a Dargah," said Police Commissioner E. Radhakrishnan.

"The suspects claim that they visit the 'Dargah' every year. We will verify it with the Kurla Police Station in Mumbai and the Mumbai crime branch. Investigation is underway," he added.

He further said that the Vadodara Police would also take the help of the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The suspects are being interrogated by the police.
