'Thulla' remark: Delhi court summons Kejriwal

A Delhi Court on Saturday summoned Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly using derogatory word 'thulla' for referring to policemen.
The court has asked Kejriwal to appear before it on July 14 in the matter.
A Delhi Police constable has last year in October lodged a criminal defamation complaint against Kejriwal for allegedly using the derogatory word.
Harvinder Singh, who is posted at the Govindpuri Police Station in southeast Delhi, said in his complaint that he was hurt by the word 'thulla' used by the Chief Minister in an interview to a news channel.
