Will Jay-Z, Beyonce buy $39.9m L.A. estate?

Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly looking at an estate in Los Angeles which comes with a whopping 39.9 million dollars price-tag.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The 16,000-square foot, seven-bedroom home includes two libraries.

The couple also visited a 23,000-square foot Beverly Hills home, costing 85 million dollars which includes an 18-seat movie theater and a 14-person spa.
