Adani Power consolidated net profit declines 71.72% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 22.19% to Rs 4661.34 crore

Net profit of Adani Power declined 71.72% to Rs 715.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2528.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 22.19% to Rs 4661.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 5990.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 815.63 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 290.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 23.89% to Rs 19517.38 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 15754.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
