Adhunik Metaliks update on resolution plan

Adhunik Metaliks announced that amount deposited by LHG Metal Two (entity incorporated for implementation of Resolution Plan by Resolution Applicant) with SBI toward entire full and final payment to consenting Financial Creditors of Adhunik Metaliks has been distributed to the said consenting Financial Creditors in accordance with the terms of Resolution Plan. Accordingly, on 29 February 2020, Deed of Assignment has been executed by LHG Metal Two with consenting Financial Creditors.
