Record date is 23 March 2016; Dividend payment date is 23 March 2016

Ajanta Pharma announced that 19 March 2016 has been fixed as the Record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for interim dividend.

The interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders on or after 23 March 2016.
