Ajanta Pharma standalone net profit declines 27.29% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 10.54% to Rs 462.60 crore

Net profit of Ajanta Pharma declined 27.29% to Rs 78.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 107.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 10.54% to Rs 462.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 418.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 14.46% to Rs 427.52 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 499.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 0.42% to Rs 1830.45 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1822.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
