Alembic Pharmaceuticals allots NCDs aggregating Rs 350 crore

On private placement basis

Alembic Pharmaceuticals has allotted NCDs on 14 December 2018 on private placement basis :

1. 1,500 9% Rated Unsecured Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of Rs. 10 lakh per NCD aggregating to Rs. 150 crore under Tranche I; and

2. 2,000 (Two Thousand) 9% Rated Unsecured Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of Rs. 10 lakh per NCD aggregating to Rs. 200 crore under Tranche II.
