Alicon Castalloy to hold board meeting

Alicon Castalloy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2015, to consider and finalize the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2015.to recommend dividend, if any. Last year a dividend of 50% (i.e. Rs 2.50 per share of Rs 5 each was paid).
