Arfin India allots 81.02 lakh shares

Under bonus issue

Arfin India has allotted 81,02,314 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1. Consequent to the allotment of bonus equity shares, the share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 12.15 crore comprising of 1,21,53,471 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid up.
