Arvind Infrastructure to hold board meeting

Arvind Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 March 2016, to consider fund raising options available to the Company by way of preferential issue as per Chapter VII of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and to decide the matters related thereto including determination of the issue price.
