Astral Poly Technik allots equity shares to QIB

Astral Poly Technik announced that the Securities Committee of the Company (the "Committee") has, by a resolution dated 10 December 2014 approved the allotment of 5,984,519 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 402.52 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 401.52 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 240.89 crore, to Qualified Institutional Buyers under Chapter VIII of the SEBI Regulations and in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
