Astro Bio Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2016 to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2016, to finalize the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2015-16, and for fixing the time, date and venue for ensuing Annual General Meeting.
