The Australian share market closed down on Tuesday, 09 June 2015, extending last week falling streak, on tracking weak cues from offshore markets and worried over deadlocked Greek bailout negotiations. Barring energy, all ASX sectors dived into sea of red, with top-weighted financial and mining stocks being major losers. The benchmark S&P/ASX 200 Index and the broader All Ordinaries Index both declined by 0.5% to 5471.300 and 5479.70, respectively. Market turnover was relatively light, with 1.56 billion shares changing hands worth of A$3.21 billion. The ASX 200 dropped 4.8% last week, the worst weekly drop in three years. Australian stock market closed on Monday for national holiday.
