Autopal Industries appoints director

With effect from 01 June 2015

Autopal Industries announced that Kunal Manchanda is appointed as the Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) with effect from 1st June subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, has also received his declaration of independence under section 149(6).
