Avenue Supermarts raises Rs 4098 crore through QIP issue

Allots 2 crore equity shares at Rs 2049 per share

Avenue Supermarts has allotted 2 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 2049 per share (including a premium of Rs 2039 per share) aggregating to Rs 4098 crore, pursuant to the issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 647.77 crore, comprising of 647,774,691 equity shares.
