AVT Natural Products provides update on share holding

AVT Natural Products announced Ashwin Thomas, son of the Promoter of the Company, has received 16,000 equity shares (face value of Re.1 each) from transmission of Shares. After this transmission, his total holding in the Company as on date shall be 36,000 equity shares (face value of Re.1 each) - 0.02% of the paid up capital of the Company.
