Axis Bank allots 2.83 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,83,600 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 15 February 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,46,47,340 (306,23,23,670 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,52,14,540 (306,26,07,270 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
