IFC holds 14.29% in Bilt Paper B.V. - BPBV

Ballarpur Industries announced that Bilt Paper B.V. - BPBV, a step down subsidiary of the Company, has received US$100 million from International Finance Corporation (IFC) and allotted shares to IFC aggregating to 14.29% shareholding in BPBV.
