Balmer Lawrie & Company announces appointment of director

Balmer Lawrie & Company announced that the Company had received letter dated 14 July 2015 from Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MOP&NG) wherein Prashant Sitaram Lokhande, D.S. (E-l), MOP&NG had been nominated as Government Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect till further order.

Accordingly, Prashant Sitaram Lokhande has been appointed as Non-executive, Government Nominee, on the Board of the Company with effect from 20 July 2015 vide resolution dated 17 July 2015 passed by circulation on 20 July 2015.
