Banks lead the Aussie market gains

Australian share market finished the session modest higher on Friday, 27 October 2014, on tracking positive lead from offshore, with the big four banks leading the rebound. The benchmark S&P/ASX 200 Index advanced 0.86% to 5459 and the broader All Ordinaries Index grew 0.8% to 5441.90.
