Batliboi announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 04 July 2015

Batliboi announced that Puneet Kapur, Chief Corporate Counsel & Company Secretary of the Company has resigned w.e.f. 03 July 2015. Therefore she ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 03 July 2015.

Anand Sharma has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 04 July 2015 in place of Puneet Kapur.
