BEML announces cessation of directors

With effect from 15 October 2015

BEML announced that the following Non-official Part-time (Independent) Directors on the Board of the Company have ceased to be Directors w.e.f. 15 October 2015 as per the terms of appointment order vide letter dated 15 October 2012 issued by Government of India:

1. C Balakrishnan

2. Suhas Anand Bhat, and

3. N P Gupta
