Bharat Forge announced that on 01 December 2016, it has completed acquisition of Walker Forge Tennessee LLC and PMT Holdings Inc. USA through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bharat Forge America Inc. USA for a total consideration of USD 14 million.With the completion of this transaction, both the acquired companies have become indirect subsidiaries of Bharat Forge with effect from 01 December 2016.
