Bharat Forge has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary - Kalyani Centre For Precision Technology (KCPTL) on 25 December 2019.

KCPTL will be engaged in the business of manufacturing, machining, fabricating, assembles, forgings, castings, supplier of engines, crankshafts, gears, machinery, vehicles, trucks, railway coaches, railway carriages, ships, aircrafts, tools, spares, parts and other engineering products. KCPTL will use advanced technologies to undertake its objectives.
