Bharat Heavy Electricals announced that Dr. Subhash Chandra Pandey, Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion has been appointed as Part-time Official (Government Nominee) Director on the Board of BHEL w.e.f. 31 March 2016.
