Bhilwara Technical Textiles announces resignation of director

With effect from 01 January 2015

Bhilwara Technical Textiles announced that the Company has received a letter dated 01 January 2015 from Geeta Mathur, Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company tendering her resignation from the office of Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015 due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Geeta Mathur ceases to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
