At meeting held on 17 February 2015
Alps Motor Finance announced that Harshwardhan Koshal, Director of the Company has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation. The Board of Directors ("the Board"), at its meeting held on 17 February 2015, has accepted his resignation w.e.f 17 February 2015.Further, the Company has informed that the Board of Director have appointed Sushil Kumar as an Additional Independent Director of the Company at its meeting held on 17 February 2015.
