Board of Amines & Plasticizers approves investment in a solar power producer

The Board of Amines & Plasticizers at its meeting held on 07 June 2021 has approved investing in a company (26% equity up to Rs 1 crore) involved in production of Solar energy and to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement with them to procure power at discounted rate.
