Board of Astra Microwave Products recommends dividend

Astra Microwave Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2014, inter alia, have recommended for members approval payment of Equity dividend @ Rs 1.10 per share (face value: Rs 2) for the year.
