Board of Athena Constructions approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 23 January 2016

Athena Constructions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2016, wherein the following decisions were taken:

1. To appoint Gautami Chaudhari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. from 23 January 2016 and to fix her remuneration.

2. To resign Sudha Jain as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. from 23 January 2016.
