At meeting held on 02 February 2016

Bilpower announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 February 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following :

- Shift the registered office of the Company from 201, Vikas Chambers, Junction of Link & Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064" to "B-11, Viral Shopping Center, Mantriwadi Sainath Road, Malad - West, Mumbai - 400 064.
