Birla Power Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Ashish Mahendrakar as Additional Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Satish Vasant Jadhav as Additional Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Ameya Jagushte as Additional Director of the Company.

4. Resignation of Manish Malani Non Independent Director of the Company.

5. Resignation of RamPrakash Mishra as an Independent Director of the Company.
