Board of Capital First recommends final dividend

Capital First announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.2 per equity Share (i.e. 22%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
