Board of Celestial Biolabs to consider conversion of warrants

Celestial Biolabs announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on 30 November 2016 to consider the allotment of 21,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each [upon conversion of 21,00,000 warrants which were issued in the AGM held on 28 November 2015) on preferential basis to promoter & non promoter group and to discuss on other routine and procedural issues.
