CLIO Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, inter alia, has considered the following matter:

- Change in the registered office of the Company from 1-D, Ground Floor, 29-41, Tamrind Lane, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 to 5 & 9, Floor-1&2, Plot - 27/33, Beaumon Chambers, Nagindas Master Lane, Hutatma Chowk, Fort, Mumbai - 400001.
