Cords Cable Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2015, has been approved the appointment of Vijay Kumar as a Additional Director of the Company (designated as Independent Director) and subject to the approval of the company in general meeting, he shall hold office for a period of one year i.e. from 10 January 2015 to 09 January 2016.
