Board of Cords Cable Industries appoints director

At meeting held on 10 January 2015

Cords Cable Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2015, has been approved the appointment of Vijay Kumar as a Additional Director of the Company (designated as Independent Director) and subject to the approval of the company in general meeting, he shall hold office for a period of one year i.e. from 10 January 2015 to 09 January 2016. He shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
