Board of Covidh Technologies approves formation of subsidiary

At meeting held on 27 October 2014

Covidh Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014, considered and approved the following:

- Formation of a new Subsidiary company under the name of Tejoma Technologies (Proposed name) or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.
