Board of Creative Merchants approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 21 November 2014

Creative Merchants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 November 2014 has:

1. Appointed Pankaj Jadav as Additional Director.

2. Taken on record resignation received from Bipin Panchal and he thereby ceased to be Director of the Company with immediate effect.
