Board of Crest Ventures approves preferential allotment of shares

The Board of Crest Ventures has approved the allotment of 23,95,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/ each (Equity Shares") by a resolution passed by circulation, to Vernalis Capital, persons other than the promoter and promoter group (Strategic Investors), at an issue price of Rs 229.50 (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty Nine and Paisa Fifty Only) per Equity Share including a premium of Rs 219.50 (Rupees Two Hundred Nineteen and Paisa Fifty Only) per Equity Share.
