Board of D B Corp accepted resignation of director

At meeting held on 20 October 2016

D B Corp announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 20 October 2016, inter alia, has Considered and took note of the resignation letter received on 19 October 2016 from Kailash Chandra Chowdhary, Independent Director of the Company. Accordingly, Kailash Chandra Chowdhary ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 October 2016 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
