Board of D B Realty does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 27 May 2016

D B Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016, inter alia, has not recommended Dividend on the Preference Shares and the Equity Shares for the year ended 31 March 2016.
