Board of DCB Bank approves resignation of director

At meeting held on 13 January 2015

DCB Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on 13 January 2015, has taken on record the resignation of Sukh Dev Nayyar from the directorship of the Bank, as requested by him.

Pursuant to the above, Sukh Dev Nayyar has ceased to be Director of the Bank effective 13 January 2015.
